Kangwon Land, which operates the Casino Academy, has produced a total of 200 professionals during the first half of this year, contributing to the improvement of service quality in the domestic casino industry. This curriculum went beyond simple gaming technique instruction, focusing on emphasizing the legal regulations and ethical responsibilities of the casino industry.
Educational Program Structure and Objectives
This Casino Academy program was designed for the healthy development of the casino industry. Trainees were required to complete coursework in dealing techniques, customer service etiquette, casino-related laws, and addiction prevention. In particular, the curriculum included mandatory training on accurate understanding of game rules and preventive counseling techniques to help customers avoid excessive betting. An education official stated, "The core objective of this training is to cultivate professional managers who protect the integrity of the industry, rather than mere technicians who conduct games."
