The Casino Academy is establishing itself as a hub for cultivating professional talent in the domestic casino industry through its systematic training programs. According to recently released data, 200 graduates successfully completed practical training in casino operations and management during the first half of 2024. This training focused not only on acquiring gaming skills but also on cultivating a service mindset and ethical operational capabilities optimized for the integrated resort environment.
Key Features of the Training Program
The Casino Academy's curriculum is built on three core pillars: a precise understanding of game rules, customer service, and security/responsible gambling prevention. Trainees conduct practical exercises in an environment similar to actual casino floors. They focus on mastering not only dealing techniques but also situational response skills and responsible gambling protocols to prevent excessive customer immersion. Recently, the academy has also strengthened technical training related to electronic game operations in line with digital transformation.
